Activities included data gathering across a complex organisation, process mapping, user workshops, data analysis, summarising findings and preparing a board presentation including recommendations for immediate activity to improve performance and further areas for analysis ahead of the contract retender process Leading service improvement and efficiency activities within the CRC Customer Service Centre, developing more efficient processes and better utilising available technology Service and solution design lead for multiple Integrated Health Bids.  Developing a fully costed solution for a new market proposition including competitor analysis, business processes, resourcing, IT system and governance Service design lead for the successful NDPP (National Diabetes Prevention Programme) Framework bid and subsequent call off contracts. Building on participant and educator feedback and redesigning to support the revised specification, improve the participant experience and efficiency of the service. Active throughout mobilisation activity as Solution Design Authority Chair ensuring design integrity throughout the mobilisation and into live service launch  Solution design on a range of employability bids of differing sizes and complexity including Employment Advisors in IAPT (Employment support alongside Mental Health treatment), Employment Advisors alongside Drug Rehabilitation Treatment and services to support individuals who are unemployed or at risk of unemployment through ill health Stakeholder engagement across design and governance phases of bid delivery. Engaging with internal operational stakeholders and service users to enable delivery of a service user focussed solution supported by effective operational delivery.

My responsibilities included leading the solutions elements for equiniti group sales and large bids. This involved supporting the sales team with client meetings, identifying opportunities and appropriate solutions from across the Equiniti group, managing a range of cross functional teams to complete the solution design and costing for specific bids. Ensuring that the agreed solution is robust, properly costed and supported by all relevant stakeholders. Creating appropriate bid responses, proposals and supporting material.
