My career in hospitality began over a decade ago, during which time I have developed a deep expertise in the field. A key milestone was my involvement in the launch of Hotel Grand Joanne, where I worked as a Restaurant Supervisor. In this capacity, I played a crucial role in setting up standard operating procedures (SOPs), training and scheduling staff, and managing inventory through efficient ordering processes.Afterward, I joined the Geppetto Group, starting as the Restaurant Manager for Restaurant Herkomst. My responsibilities quickly grew, and I am now in charge of managing the entire restaurant portfolio for the group. This role has sharpened my abilities in overseeing multiple venues, strategic planning, and team leadership, ensuring that each establishment under the group's umbrella upholds the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
