With intense passion for Credit Policy and Control I have worked diligently and with vigor toward building a career in Credit Management. I have over 10 years experience in Business Administration and Credit Control. I obtained my Diploma in Credit Management from the CICM(UK) in 2018, whilst working full time as a Credit Controller. I have worked in small and larger FMCG companies which has given me the opportunity to manage cash flow on multiple scales and understand business from the ground up. My passion has resulted in a desire to analyse credit control procedures, find gaps for additional processes to be formed and implemented and training fellow colleagues and new controllers to ensure maximum efficiency and collections for the companies. Which results in a lower DSO. Time management is crucial to the efficacy of any role which I achieve through being punctual and having a structured system for my email inbox and other platforms such as MS365. I am always hungry to learn and grow and aspire to become a Credit Manager in future.So I may pass on my knowledge to other passionate controllers creating and nurturing more adept Credit Professionals within the industry.
