With a passion for people and long-term quality relationships, I have 10 years+ experience in supporting organisations through change, formerly in senior recruitment and more latterly within the hybrid Consultancy sector. Much of my experience has been supporting Public Sector clients with Resourcing across a wide range of critical projects and programmes. I strongly feel that the best Consultancies in the marketplace are only as good as the talent they currently have engaged and delivering for them. I am proud to now work for Xylem, an award-winning improvement partner to the Healthcare sector. We operate under an associate-led model which includes a core team of ‘Associate Partners’ and over 100 other consultants, the majority of which we have worked with on numerous occasions and rely on regularly to support our clients.
