Joint Operating Agreements allow working interest owners to elect not to participate in some well project proposed by the operator. This is the non-consent election and the operator will carry the expenses and revenues on behalf of the non-consent parties. Penalties are contractually defined and applied to the expenses. Payout balance is calculated from the difference between the expenses (plus penalties) and revenues. The Payout happens when the revenues exceeds the expenses+penalties and the non-consent owners will resume their ownership. Responsible for the following activities:- reviewing proper documention and identify Payout scenarios to be set up in the system (SAP Crawford Plus Pack) for both operated and non-operated wells in US Central and Eastern areas- providing the non-consent owners with the Payout statements on operated wells- follow up with the operators on the Payout statements for non-operated wells and input the balance received in the system Worked on automation of non-operated Payout statements update process; automation of follow up e-mails sent to the operators; development of Payout dashboard .
