Cost Analysis Specialist – analysis of component costs for current product (all costs items from raw material, process, labor rate, machine rate…) for the establishment Denso Thermal System in Europe;Cost Engineering activities for new sourcing project;Collaborating with buyers in the negotiation of the cost of new components. Support the product definition in the business case for the feedback "make or buy" new products.Cost analysis methods development (with relative implementation of machine rate and labor costs in relationship with the country of production; estimation of cycle times) for: Die-Cut Seals (foam material as PU, PE, EPDM); PU injection components; aesthetic components intended to the climate control, analysis and optimization of painting processes, laser and pad printing; Injection molding and thermoformed plastic components; Injection Rubber molded parts; Metallic components (molding and laser process); Metallic fastner analysis Aluminum Pipes; Machine rate related to process for plastic mould production; Electrical Wiring for HVAC; Carton Box (intended to packaging);From May 2017 also senior buyer for wire harness commodity: managing of new business, request of modification, purchasing budget;

1) analysis process costs related to production component for fiat group models. focus on plastic components (injection moulding process, thermoforming, rotomoulding); Rubber components (injection moulding and extrusion process);Glass (termogravimetric process);Insulation component (thermoforming and water jet process);Polyurethane (injection moulding process);2) Raw Material analysis: material driver analysis for polymer production, analysis market trend (ICIS, PIE, PLATTS...) and creation future forecast (also with mathematicals methods). material involved:Plastics (PP, PE, ABS, PA, PVC, PBT, POM...)Rubber (synthetic and natural);Poliurethane;Paints;Tires;Insulation (cotton, TNT)Glass;3) manage for chemical purchasing department of budget related to raw material: raw material market impact (year/year), cash out due to raw material indexation.

Manage of component purchasing for Fiat Group Veichle and engine (FGA, Iveco, Fiat power Train and CNH). Managing new sourcing. Commercial and Technical agreement with fiat group supplier.
