Management of companywide requests in regards to authorizing company vehicles, fuel cards, new suppliers, mobile phone requests. Ensuring completion of credit application forms as requested by suppliers. Management of the procurement department’s online purchases, including accurate record keeping. Procurement of various goods and services for new and existing sites as needed – including but not limited to – machinery, surveillance equipment, signage, PPE, laundry wear and general consumables needed for the upkeep and continuation of site business.  Seeking out quotations Assisting with tenders/proposals by collating high volumes of data for analysis. Cold calling and chasing new and existing suppliers for accurate and up-to-date contractor information such as method statements, RAMS documents and Insurance - ensuring we adhere to legislation and modern slavery regulations. To ensure that reception is manned in a professional manner, directing calls and that administrative support is given to all departments. General post duties, stock orders and catering as well as internal and external meeting room booking
