• Manage and lead teams between 5-30 people to deliver large, complex projects for private sector, government and NGO clients. • Demonstrate leading functional knowledge in strategy, organisational performance improvement, public policy, system reform and program/service delivery, reviews and evaluations. • Provide deep subject matter expertise in health systems, public health, human services (DFV and child and family sectors), aged care, mental health and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health. • Collaborate and partner to solve complex policy, corporate and service delivery problems. • Skills in problem solving, facilitation, executive engagement and engaging with diverse groups. Examples of prior work include leading the redesign of the DFV system in NSW, managing the transformation of the child and family system in NSW, delivery of multiple state-wide health system strategies and reviews, multiple complex national evaluations and many engagements with private, non-government and government organisations on organisational performance improvement (incl. strategy development, business model redesign and culture).

Worked on a broad range of issues, including an economic analysis of South Asia and management of the Government’s relationship with non-government organisations. Capabilities in public policy and diplomacy, including research and analysis to support the development of strategies, investments and high-level policies.Skills in program and project management, including collaboration and diplomacy skills in liaising across other government departments to achieve a shared goal.
