Working closely with management but also as technical leader, advocating the adoption of best practices in development, technology and UX - Helping to define the company mobile technology strategy- Creating Proof of concepts and prototypes- Design of components and architectures- Facilitating design and co-design workshops - Facilitating communication between development, UX and product- Advocating the adoption of native mobile technologies, best practices, design and UX mobile patterns, improving code quality and testing.

In charge of leading projects for the UX design and implementation of web and mobile applications.Takes part to the whole process of product definition, interacting with customers, business and marketing to derive UX and features specifications for web desktop and mobile products (web and native).Manages a team composed of UX/UI designers, developers and quality assurance engineers.

Choosing the technologies and tools used by the team.Assisting project managers in management of projects with high technical content.Directly managing projects related to the development of advanced web UI based on javascript/HTML5/CSS3 for foreign customers.Validating estimates produced by developers, and producing directly estimates for most relevant/biggest projects.Taking responsibility of training of newly hired people.Designing and directly implementing web based applications, web sites based on Drupal CMS and advanced javascript allclient UIs.
