As a teacher, I see my classroom as a place where learners can express their views, be challenged and challenge others, and explore themselves and their own perceptions of the world and their place in it.As an education leader, I enjoy building a welcoming and constructive atmosphere in the workplace, and aim at achieving results with an eye on the personal wellbeing of all those involved. I approach the tasks at hand with enthusiasm and an abundance mindset, promoting fulfilment, growth and balance in the people surrounding me. I take pride in my ability to promote effective communication, collaboration and trust within my teams. I also believe that serious work is not always accomplished by being serious.
