Island Routes Caribbean Adventures, is a Destination Management Company specializing in tour and transfer sales throughout the Caribbean. As the Destination Manager for the Eastern Caribbean, I manage the tour operations in Antigua, St. Lucia, Barbados and Grenada. These involve day to day sales and customer service, logistics management and vendor relations, auditing and inspections of the tour products, and promotions.

The United States Peace Corps Eastern Caribbean is based in St Lucia WI, and oversaw operations in St. Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, St Lucia, St Vincent and Grenada. The Safety and Security Coordinator was responsible for the training of the volunteers on Safety and Security, identifying appropriate housing and follow up and reporting on incidents that occurred.
