This project was implemented on time, and we achieved a reduction of planning process time, from 8 to 1 working day, and from monthly to weekly runs • Manage several manufacturing systems operations, dealing with internal and outsourced software and hardware providers on regards to contracts negotiation, projects scoping, planning and implementation for new software versions and hardware update and maintenance
