Current• Responsible for the lifecycle of projects and completion of technical service requests for the Atlanta/Minneapolis Campus Regions.• The management of personnel that support projects and technical service requests for the Atlanta/Minneapolis Campus Regions. Support personnel with any issues that would delay or stop a project or technical service request from being completed. • Ownership of relationship with the Business Unit Representatives throughout the Enterprise. Communicate processes, issues and up coming changes with technology and processes.• Collaborate continuously with groups that support the Project Coordinators to continual process improvement to maintain business service level agreements for technical service requests.
