Project Engineer will primarily focus on coordination of all engineering activities within assigned projects, from the project take over meeting (ITO Hand Off) through installation phase till mechanical completion. Shall be an engineering interface for the Customer as well as for other Engineering, Project Management, Sourcing, and Manufacturing departments. it is an integral part of Project Engineering, being fully responsible for projects in hands.

The Senior Commissioning Engineer has demonstrated technical depth in a business, technology, or science to make own technical decisions based on knowledge, experience and appropriate position during all project phases but in particular commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting. Shall follow the assigned projects, reviewing the documentation relevant to the commissioning phase, drive the FMEA and Design Review for startup and assist Field Service Engineers in troubleshooting, assisting them from HQ or directly at site during the commissioning or the startup phases. The Senior Commissioning Engineer is competent at technical presentations and writing reports. A Senior Commissioning Engineer is a recognized resource for technical consulting and mentoring; provides consultation and guidance to engineers, peers and Customer within work group on assignments and problems. A senior commissioning Engineer maintains active role and proficiency in the state of the art in own technology field.

Master Field service engineer is able to cover all sites’ position on technical and managing aspect and will be in charge of site activities management including planning, assigning manpower resources and tools, providing technical assistance to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements. Lead and execute all test of commissioning phase, unit start-up and performance tests ensuring proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot control system problem as they arise. Write accurate professional reports acting as single point of contact between Customers and GE Oil & Gas Headquarter concerning technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions. Ensure all in-field activities carried out safely complying with company environmental health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures. Be responsible to keep reliability of Customers assets and to support on proactive way all GE Oil&Gas customers. Performing Customer and peers site training.
