Manufacturing Engineer Specialist: - Calibration and Assembly line Injection technologist for GDInjectors focused on management and improvement of efficiency.- Industrialization and technical evaluation of design solution in according with Plant /Customer requirements. Application of WPI method of automatic lines for Bari and Hefei Plant GDI Injectorproduction (China) to reduction Life cycle cost- Monitoring, managing and production ramp-up of new production lines.- OEE/OLE measurement and optimization with Kaizen (SOP, SMP, AMS, Ishikawa diagram, PDCA).- Management and Improvement Industrial KPI: Performance (takt time and micro stoppages analysis), Maintenance (MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown analysis, external service, availability indicator) and Quality (Quality control, quality maintenance and FTQ) on the automatic line of production for high pressure injectors.- Plant specialist for Laser welding (YAG), Vision system (Cognex, Keyence, OMRON), Robot (SCARA and anthropomorphic), 2D/3D studio, SCADA, PLC, press-fit and Laser welding control system (Precitec).- Learning considerable skills in the WCM methodology, following numerous advanced project as team leader (Quality Control, Focus Improvements, Professional Maintenance and AutonomousMaintenance)- Maintenance planning and technical evaluation for the implemented solutions.- Classification of critical spare parts and warehouse stocks.
