As the COO of Biocode, I bring a diverse range of skills and experience to the team, with a strong background in life sciences. My primary focus is on driving innovation and growth within the company. My strategic vision and ability to execute have played a pivotal role in the development and commercialization of the company's cutting-edge products. I firmly believe in fostering a collaborative and creative culture as a team player.My aim is to leverage my expertise to drive the company's growth and create a positive impact in the biotech industry. I am dedicated to Biocode's success and committed to realizing its mission of commercializing innovative medical technology solutions.

My main responsibility as a research and design scientist was to conduct research and develop Biocode's first medical device product. Additionally, I collaborated with Stellenbosch University and Prof Resia Pretorius on multiple research studies. Since Biocode is a startup, my role extended beyond research and development. I was also involved in business development, product development, and project management. Working at Biocode has not only enhanced my research abilities but also enabled me to acquire new skills that have given me a solid foundation in business acumen.
