EU wide scope, focus on Supply Chain Optimization Programs for Customer Fulfillment

As operations manager, I am responsible for the daily operation and long term strategy, safety, quality and profitability of the 33 Vendor Flex warehouses in Spain. Team of 5 Area Managers + country Buyer.

As Expansion Program Manager, I have the responsibility to ensure profitable expansion of the Vendor Flex Operations in France/Italy/Spain. Also, i am managing the Pop Up operations in Italy/Spain.

Looking after the Vendor Flex program expansion in Spain, as well as the daily operation management of the 15 warehouses that compose the network.

Operations responsible for four warehouses of the Amazon External Fulfillment network in Valencia and Alicante (Spain), dedicated to the Vendor Flex program

Indirect purchasing management for Amazon Logistics in Spain

Reporting to the EMEA leader for Procurement, responsible for the management of spend and supply base of the ThermoKing plant in Essen. Main responsibilities: - ensure the plants delivers savings according to AOP, and constant pipeline health;- supports further efforts for the global business unit's success in margin expansion;- ensure correct supply base size for the spend generated through rationalization during new business award;- ensure facts based supplier relationship, organising quality / delivery / cost metrics;- ensure Procurement activities are run according to Business Unit standard work;- ensure all Procurement (directly and indirectly) related profiles are properly trained on Procurement standards, metrics and goals; ensure a constant communication line with such profiles;- ensure Visual Management is properly used, Just In Time actions, A3, 9 steps and MDI are used;- support not yet closed integration activities collaborating with other functions.

Responsible for the integration of processes and systems - purchasing area. Part of the integration team, I have followed the merging of a new acquired company into the Ingersoll Rand enterprise, specifically working in the purchasing area. Been in contact with other functions' integration, delivered strength to the local purchasing organisation that was at the end of the integration period able to deliver results for the procurement function according to the enterprise standards.During the integration period, I was responsible for the direct management of 80% of spend in different commodities (electronics, metal fabrication and refrigeration system components mainly), to ensure savings as per AOP.

Responsibilities for machining parts, castings and sensor & controllers commodities: - Control and approval of quality documentation for parts supplied (PPAP, Supplier Deviation Request, Process/Design Change Request), internal audit on PPAP approval compliance;- Problem solving coaching for major quality issues;- Creation of global systems for Supplier Corrective Action Report, and Global Supplier Scorecard;- Audit Quality Management System and Process capability of suppliers for strategic sourcing and sustaining;- Ensure clear communication between the supplier and Ingersoll Rand for new projects, quality and warranty issues.The SQ&D team works across all commodities of the enterprise, controlling more than 3000 suppliers within EMEA to support 12 production locations.

Technical responsible for part design and innovation, for the Aftermarket EMEA truck and trailer business. Mainly taking care of design of core parts and accessories, and supporting NPD and VAVE teams for EMEA products, truck and trailer refrigeration business.

Attended customers UTC Aerospace systems and Piaggio Aero implementing lean production solutions.

Development of a human blood irradiator for hospitals.
