Defining sales and marketing strategies for the Branch for Iraq assets.Responsible of the resource allocation in Iraq in line with the Head Office business objectives and directives, in cooperation with the various site functions including Branch Manager, CoO, Human Resource Director, Finance etc. Reference for all Local National staff and the various Iraqi Local Suppliers on site activities for all Iraqi Projects representing, and in lieu of, Company Head Office.In cooperation with Head Quarter HR Team, managing the whole recruitment process for the Expat personnel mobilization to site.Looking constant development and expansion of the vendor list for Local Subcontractors, in cooperation with Procurement Director.Responsible of the various site processes for Local National and Expat personnel including Work Permit, Oil Field Pass, Security Clearance, Tax Payment and clearance granting full adherence to Iraqi Labor Law.Definition of the Company long–term planning creating new commercial initiatives and opportunitiesBudget definition and follow-up for each site department with cost and profit optimization.Company representative for the various regular project meetings with Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers.

Defining the strategy with the Area Manager for the project management efforts and Local Content.Responsible with support function of the Area Manager to assure plans and resource deployment in Iraq are aligned with business objectives.Coordinating with the Security Manager the security activities and relationship with the Iraqi Oil Police Force, Iraqi Police, Iraqi Army and tribe in different areas.Liaising with Iraqi Local Staff, Iraqi Local Suppliers and client for the activities of the project and company philosophy.Attending and Participating to the meeting with Senior Management and client Management.Responsible the Iraqi Visa request for Foreign Staff.Looking constant development and expansion of the vendor list, civil, mechanical and electrical local subcontractor authorized to work on the area in cooperation with Procurement Director and Area Manager.Coordinating the various site processes for Local National and Expat personnel including Work Permit, Oil Field Pass, Security Clearance, Tax Payment and clearance granting full adherence to Iraqi Labor Law.Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profit.Develop and implement the operating system and work processes consistent with management philosophy and Iraqi Government Procedures.Participate actively in the weekly & monthly meetings with all project staff under supervision of the Area Manager to discuss program progress and problems.
