I've worked 21+ years in Human Services. During this time I've worked as in Direct Care, Roster Officer, Respite Coordinator, Team Leader, Principal Quality Officer, Principal Project Officer, Principal Program Manager (Quality and Service Improvement) and with Uniting Care Queensland (Change Lead) and eHealth Principal Business Change Manager. This role I've provided expert technical and practical support to project managers, frontline leaders, stakeholders implementing project and organizational change and influence and maintain relationships with and between key stakeholders. Having been employed within human and community services for most of my career, I am looking for a position that will be challenging, thought-provoking and varying. I have empathy and compassion for vulnerable people within our community and take great personal and professional satisfaction in having employment that improves their quality of life, safeguards their human rights where they are empowered to make decisions. , I would now like to branch out into seniors/aged care.
