My role has been to coordinate the development of Educational processes and tools for use on site and in schools, with the sole purpose of aiming to close the construction industry skills gap. I have put together FAQ's for LearnLives work experience week, as well as recently coordinating and facilitating the Built Environment Work Experience Week. I also mentored students during this Work experience week also.

Provided support to the Head of Collaboration and Leadership, Partners and Supporters Manager and Best Practice Hub Coordinator. Mainly events focused-sourced venues and suppliers and built relationships with them. Ensured quotes were within budget and correct, invoices were issued and paid in time. Food and drink tasting(perk ☺️). Proofreading any comms for team members. Liaising with Clients, Partners and Supporters via telephone and email, for any queries they may have regarding events, portal reports, hub or webinars. Also being a host at events to make all feel welcome and informed.
