• Responsible for end-to-end project management throughout the life cycle for Carrier services throughout the NE market from 5mg. through 10gig new builds, installs, upgrades and migrations.• End to end project budget forecasting, which entails equipment and labor forecasting.• Responsible for managing equipment installs and upgrades of legacy circuits to Cisco/Alcatel equipment, bandwidth upgrade, migration from PTP to ELAN circuits and equipment swaps.• Responsible for end-to-end project management throughout the life cycle for commercial equipment migrations in the Midwest market.• Engages with team members, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the day to day activities and interdependencies are understood and coordinated, ensuring that delivery dates are met. • Research circuits and equipment verification and problems, via Webxng• Troubleshoot customer equipment, circuit and service issues due to migrations issues.• Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources. • Engage with customer expectations and timelines for equipment migrations.• Assist external customers with trouble shooting issues in reference to their equipment migrations. i.e. bandwidth, outages, verification of services.• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports in Microsoft Project and Clarity.• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. • Identifies dependencies, milestones, and critical paths• Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. • Updates and manages project Risk and Issue Log• Managing schedules, timelines, process flows, network affected outages, and overall system integrity for cross vendor platform implementation and network maintenance• Responsible for procurement on equipment for carrier upgrades.
