At SWOV I studied human behaviour in traffic. Research projects I worked on were related to naturalistic driving, naturalistic cycling, hazard perception, speed pedelecs and traffic safety education. Data analysis with SQL and SPSS.

My main tasks at SKB were data analysis of employee (satisfaction) research, scripting of surveys, sending survey invitations to employees and keeping in contact with organisations regarding employee research projects.

KWF Kankerbestrijding is the biggest charity in the Netherlands. At KWF I handled complaints by (potential) donors through phone, email and social media. This involved discussing the complaints with fundraising agencies and signalling processes that could be improved. I also monitored and responded to messages and comments related to KWF on social media.

Kanchanaburi, Thailand

ElephantsWorld is a sanctuary for old, sick and abused elephants. Part of my job was:- Handling all questions through email regarding bookings, fundraising and volunteering.- Guiding tourists around the sanctuary explaining them about the sanctuary and elephants in Thailand. - Coordinating volunteers.- Creating and updating content (using Wordpress) for the new website.

I worked on an European naturalistic driving project. In this experiment drivers were observed by camera’s and sensors while driving for five weeks. I coded the video material, analysed the data and wrote reports and scientific articles.
