About Simone Wilson-Brito

I handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including leasing, financing, development and loan workouts. I have represented both sellers and buyers in the sale and disposition of real property, lenders and borrowers in financing the acquisition or development of real property, and landlords and tenants in the leasing of real property.I also focus a great deal of my practice representing commercial banks and insurance companies in complex loan transactions, including permanent, interim and construction loan financing. In 2014 I was recognized as a “New Leader of the Bar” by The New Jersey Law Journal. I am a member of McCarter’s Diversity Committee and Co-Chair of the Women’s Initiative Steering Committee.Attorney Advertising
