I am confident I possess all the necessary qualities and attributes to work effectively and would successfully perform all the duties and responsibilities this job requires.  During my working life I have gained a wealth of knowledge, experience and qualifications relating to administration/customer service and I am more than confident in my ability to work successfully in this post.  I have a wide knowledge of company procedures and have an Understanding of Confidentiality of Information Policies and Procedures., I have also have some knowledge of Data Protection Act. I have a full driving licence and have been driving for over 20 years. I have an extensive range of skills enabling me to deal effectively with people at all levels. I am a well motivated, articulate, individual with excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Other qualities combine a friendly, approachable manner, am patient and empathetic, yet versatile enough to deal with a variety of problems, queries and issues in relation to individual customer needs. My organisational, administrative and computer skills are excellent, having to gather, record, store, collate and present information in various formats. I am assiduous and always work in a professional way but am flexible in my approach to different situations and I am aware for the need of confidentiality. My employment record displays the ability to work as part of a team and also exhibits initiative, often using tact and diplomacy, whilst remaining non-judgmental and resolute. My skills and knowledge extend to understanding many complex issues relating to administrative support and individual customer requirements. I always work in a professional manner and very committed to any task undertaken. I enjoy dealing with a wide range of issues, like new challenges and adapt to change extremely well. I am very committed to personal development and would welcome the opportunity to undertake any training necessary. My typing speed is about 70 – 80 wpm and I ensure that although it may be quite quick it is accurate and I always proofread my documents
