 集团位于新加坡、莫斯科、哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦和德国分公司的招聘工作，调查收集各国当地的用工政策，整理相关资料并学习。开拓海外招聘渠道，与分公司各部门对接招聘需求，为海外招聘当地外国人，节约用工成本。 国内外人事资料的交接和归档管理。海外分公司人事资料和总部的规范化管理，帮助海外公司编写翻译相关入离职资料，制作与总部同步的英文版海外人员入离职 SOP 文件并发送正式信函通知。 参与候选人薪资谈判，与上级和相关薪酬经理协商薪资安排和后续的 offer 发放，并协助调查海外就业市场薪资水平和就业市场行情，整理相关的调查报告和工作汇报 PPT。● Handle recruitment of the group's branches in Singapore, Moscow, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Germany; ● Investigate and collect local employment policies in various countries, sort out relevant information and knowledge; ● Develop overseas recruitment channels, meet the recruitment needs of various departments of the branch, recruit local foreigners for overseas, and save labor costs; ● Responsible for the handover and archiving management of personnel data; ● Standardized management of personnel information of overseas branches and headquarters, help overseas companies to compile and translate related on boarding and departure documents; ● Make English version of overseas personnel's resignation SOP documents and synchronize with all departments and write official letters to inform; ● Participate in candidate salary negotiations subsequent offer releases with relevant managers, and assist ininvestigating salary levels in overseas job markets.

 客户邮件以及订单处理：通过专用交流媒介与国外客户进行邮件沟通，日均处理几十份英文邮件；熟练使用 EXCEL 更新每日每个客户的出货计划表，收取客户订单，统计计算产品型号、单价、以及合同总价。负责公司重点合作的15余家外企(Motorad，USA、Vernet、BSG 等大型企业)的产品供应计划跟进，6个月完成了数百万美元的贸易销售额。 公司内外部沟通：联系公司研发部、生产部、质保部等多个部门进行出货计划和产品的调整和协商；协助经理组织关于核心客户的各项内部会议，实现各部门沟通高效化。 对外联系货代公司以及及时吸收客户需求，及时反馈外部消息。 产品营销&售后服务：使用 PowerPoint 制作产品 PPT 并通过 Skype 与国外客户进行产品线上介绍和推销；处理出货后续的款项追踪、相关单据制作、客诉处理等。● Communicate with foreign customers by email and other kinds of communication media, handle dozens of English emails per day; ● Use Excel to update each customer's shipping plan, receive orders, have statistical calculation of product model, unit price, and total contract price; ● Cope with more than 15 foreign companies (MOTORAD USA, VERNET, BSG and other large enterprises), completed millions of dollars in trade sales within 6 months; ● Contact the R&D department, production department, quality assurance department and other departments of the company to adjust and negotiate the shipment plan and products; ● Set up various internal meetings to achieve efficient communication between various departments; ● Contact freight forwarding companies and absorb customer needs, and feedback external information in a timely manner; ● Use PowerPoint to make product PPT and conduct product online introduction and promotion with foreign customers through Skype; ● Handle follow-up payments for shipments, tracking, production of relevant documents, handling of customer complaints, etc.
