I work within the Research and Development Department trying to improve the internal processes of both Athesys and its Customers. The search for innovative solutions that improve business productivity and efficiency are my main goal. In recent years, my focus has been centered about cybersecurity and mainly in projects related to access managment and digital identities.

Athesys operates mainly in the following areas:1) Application security, Cloud-based Identity and Access Management systems;2) Database Management, management of the main database platforms (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MySql), strong tuning and implementation of data security.3) Business Process Management, Project Management and Analysis of Business PerformanceMy last experience is the development of the business plan for SME Instruments, an activity that I liked so much that my current focus is to seek investment funds for the development of various projects: Identity and Access Management applied on IoT, Blockchain, Big Data, CASB, etc etc.

The MONOKEE project regards the implementation, optimization and market validation of a cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM). IAM service facilitates access of information and resources to the proper individuals. It ensures protection of data from unauthorized access with complicate technology environment and rigorous compliance requirements.Users, hardware, network resources, applications and also devices are managed with the help of IAM. In addition, it lowers the risk of identity theft and maintains privacy of users and it assists to reduce time frame for access requests. Monokee is born to protect Identities, Applications and Devices.

Team Manager area delivery serivces at Regione Veneto.My occupation was to manage a team of 18 people involved in the maintenance of information systems of the Veneto Region (over 400 servers and more than 3500 workstations scattered throughout the Veneto), also offer consulting on architectural issues at Veneto Region HQ. I followed the planning of projects internally Veneto Region for the operation of new systems such deployment Disaster Recovery site, Migration of MS Active Directory (from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003), development of portal technology www.regione.veneto.it MS (MOSS 2007, Microsoft Content Management Server 2002, MS SQL Server 2000/2008), management of mail services on MS Exchange Server 2003. I followed the relations with the Customers and manage daily the coordination of our group with all other suppliers (Call Center, hardware suppliers, software suppliers, etc.. Etc.). I verified the SLA agreed with the Customer Veneto Region on all services, using the standard processes according to ITIL: Capacity Management and SLA Management.

I was responsible for the Datacenter, Customer Care and Suppliers, also I cooperated with the office administration for the management of the budget for the Datacenter. Principal project was to transfer the services (websites, databases, electronic mail, DNS) on an external Datacenter, making the deployment of over a thousand websites, the transfer of 5,000 email accounts, the migration of over 200 databases and configuration of over 2,000 DNS zones. Designing networks and solutions LAN / WAN for customers: analysis, design and verification of network infrastructure, from cabling to equipment, troubleshooting the network, use of CISCO and 3COM technologies, use of most types of connections more adequate (CDN, HDSL , ADSL, Wireless, etc..) to the needs of the case. Deployment of workflow systems and document management (MS SharePoint).
