Designed and developed the interim assessment cycle for the school to increase the use of data driven instruction. Established teacher teams to increase literacy across content areas. Designed and executed curriculum for grades 7-9 leading to significant improvement in academic performance. Led a team of three middle school ELA teachers in developing assessments and rubrics designed to improve student achievement.
