Owned and juggled multiple schedules along with miscellaneous projects. Facilitated the candidate's onsite experience in Los Gatos and other office locations, including international offices. Actively led a team of two recruiters in the research and evaluation of administrative job candidates, by conducting thorough phone screenings, interviews, reference and background checks, and drug screenings. Attracted applicants through the use of job postings and career fairs, and consistently researched new methods for recruiting. Also managed six active construction accounts for Go-Staff, providing clients with quality general labor and skilled trades employees. Also helped facilitate two all-girls overnight camps for beginner surfers at UC San Diego dormitories, and assisted with a women’s clinic/retreat in Costa Rica in January 2015.
