I am originally from São Paulo, Brazil. I moved to the United States to pursue my MBA, received full-graduate assistantship for excellence and graduated with honors. After working on many improvement projects in the healthcare industry, I was invited to work in Real Estate.For the past years, I have been part of one of Florida's most technological-driven, fast growing and influential real estate companies, AvantiWay Realty. I work on residential and commercial markets, doing businesses with local and international clients, mostly Latin America and Europe.With vast knowledge based on 23 years living and working in different areas in Florida, I successfully established a reputation for superb customer service, strong negotiation and decision making skills based on data. I pride myself on work with honesty and transparency, helping my clients from the beginning to the end of the transaction. The work is done with a team (lawyers, title company), competent partnerships are key to a successful closing.I feel honored with the opportunity to assist many in finding the first home, vacation home or investments for a better future. My passion and motivation translated into many awards, most recently, Avanti's Millionaire Club 2022.In the belief that we have the social responsibility to give back to the community, I joined PIPA Org. I built a fantastic team and together we volunteered to bring Brazilian culture to the community. We achieved our goal and the work done was beyond expectations, granting many awards from different institutions and newspapers around the world, such as from AOTP, Focus Brasil, O Estadao, Rede Record, Doral Family Journal and others. As President of PIPA, I received an outstanding Citizenship Award from the City of Doral Mayor Office. Due to this volunteer work, I gathered ample knowledge of the schools in Florida, allowing me to guide my clients with their children's educational needs.I am fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
