Recruited to join the Asia Transition Team to redesign a new organisation and support framework based on the learnings from the 2016 pilots. The new framework affected 9000 employees globally with 2000 employees based in Asia. The move received positive feedback from the employees and the sales team they support.Developed a hypercare program to help the transition team guide the teams on their Agile journey. This hypercare program was adapted by the other regions to use in their own implementation.
