I’m very lucky to have an HR career that has spanned from operational to strategic roles, and which allowed me to navigate through different areas of HR and grow my skills and knowledge over the years. Currently, I'm responsible for the products that manage executive succession - from tooling, to design, support and maintenance - and also overseeing the migration of the succession program to a new product in the long term.People know me for being data-driven and detail-oriented, traits which are part of who I am but were shaped over time, specially during my tenure in HR operations where controls and metrics were key. It was also during that time that I developed management abilities, and grew an interest in performance management - what makes people want to be the best that they can be at work.
