After my Master of Engineering in Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano, I have been working in big companies of the food industry for about twenty-five years experiencing high job satisfaction, filling important roles such as Quality Manager and Chief Information Officer.A few years ago, it was just a fluke that I accepted a new challenge as a Consultant for an innovative digital service, which can revolutionize a business model. Thus I have joined in with the world of technological and behavioral disruption in a very exciting and motivated approach.Now, I am Chief Operating Officer in a startup company of the biotechnology sector for which we are developing many interesting projects with innovative solutions through Robotic Process Automation.I have always been very fond of sport and I am an amateur athlete in endurance running, cycling and triathlon. My competitive streak is well developed, even if it is not excessive.I think that it is very difficult to be a good manager if you do not bring your moral values in your work environment: as a matter of fact my personal values, which come from doing sport – loyalty, respect, self-discipline, resilience, courage, passion and so on, are always applied to my professional relationships.I know that I also have many flaws, but I will let you discover them one by one.Thanks a lot.
