Marketing plan development and property management for Kids and News channels (Cartoon Network, Boomernag, Boing, Cartoonito, CNN, CNNi) including brand positiong, market & competitive analysis, advertising ATL & BTL, Consumer & Trade events, Interactive Projects, Instore promo, Media Planning and Buying, Media Partnership and co-marketing activities, L&M and AD sales Communication Activities planning, PR activities supervisor, CSR activities. Strategic planning on content and distribution (Free to Air, Pay, VOD, SVOD, Mobile, Pay per View). Team working within European group in charge of Franchise Management development for new series.

Concept development for new products (both motorcycle and scooter) for all the european countries, market and competitive analysis, users’ profile study, research activities coordination (planning and budget management for group discussions, one-to-one interviews and mailing surveys). Team working with european Sales department in order to define product planning direction, budget and resources.
