Follow up and support QCH's partner high school referrals by:●Engaging in post-secondary planning with new referrals.● One on one counseling (college application & financial aid submission).● Providing CUNY placement test preparation resources.● Engaging in the high school culture and create program visibility.Maintain and help retain enrolled and registered college students by:● Assisting with initial transition to college culture. (Regular engagement to discuss challenges and questions)● Helping with class registration once accepted to college.● Addressing and resolving student financial aid, academic issues, and college transitional issues.● Connecting students to resources on the college campus.● Facilitating small group discussions. (Short /long term educational/professional planning)● Understanding and navigating the College’s policies and academic options to facilitate the student’s academic success.● Maintaining follow up contact and reporting with disconnected CASP students.Collaborate with CASP team and college liaisons by:● Attending regular staff meetings to discuss student cases and student data.● Collecting student program forms and documents for data collection and reporting.● Continuing to evolve programming to better engage and assist students.● Reserving flexible hours and contact during Contract preparations, reports, and special events.● Attending meetings with college collaborators and support college partnerships.● Maintaining case notes detailing student’s progress, plans, and challenges.● Hosting/facilitating college prep workshops with QCH partner high schools.● Supporting Program visibility through Program social media (ie. Facebook/Instagram)

• Create and Implement a variety of activities into school aged child care activity plans• Help students with homework and communicate with parents on child's progress• Design daily development activities based on team building, health and wellness, technology and science, communication, and culture• Interact positively with parents, children, supervisors, school personal, and co-workers • Ensure the safety and well being of all children

• Recruits and manages volunteers• Produces and manages administrative materials• Posts volunteer job updates on Idealist, Volunteer Match, and Craigslist• Engage in community outreach via phone and in person for our Talent Shows• Co-Manages Leadership team for All Stars Talent Show Network • Stays in constant communication with volunteer prospects and performers via phone and email• Assists in the planning and execution of events• Coordinates event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
