Multilingual Key Account Manager (English / French / Portuguese) with proven experience in the Hygiene sector, currently in Fameccanica as Head of Western Europe and Middle-East, I deal with all the macro product-lines such ad Baby Care, Fem Care and Adult Care. Reference person for the aforementioned customers, I take care of all phases of relationship management, pre-sales and sales; in addition, I support the Project Manager during projects’ development and execution processes.I master the complexity of the sales process and stand out for my ability to provide adequate, rewarding and always consistent solutions even with the needs of the most demanding customers.In the previous three years I held the role of Sales Engineer for the main corporate account, relating to Fem Care, Adult Care and Fabric & Home Care projects. My role consisted in supporting P&G in implementing brand-new projects regarding new products, working internally on winning technical proposals and fully managing the commercial negotiation. Prior to my debut in the hygienic field, I worked abroad in the Oil & Gas sector: in Congo Brazzaville I was Project Manager and Head of a team of about 50 technicians, managing a 60M € budget per year aimed at construction projects (new on-shore and off-shore plants) and multidisciplinary engineering.
