We used a methodology that included experience maps and workshops to understand what IKEA customers could look for in a store like the pop-up and which digital solutions might help to reach the goal of improving their experience• In addition, I supported the team in a customer experience assessment for an important insurance company, participating in the definition of a digital transformation roadmap. For the assessment, I had the necessity to travel across Italy to complete the interviews, speaking directly to customers and insurance agents• Furthermore, I had the opportunity to understand and experiment the structure and the business management effort behind a Magento e-commerce implementation, with related bugfixing process for an online-offline player in the retail industry. -
