Responsável pelo atendimento dos negócios da América Latina e suporte às demandas dos negócios nos Estados Unidos, Canadá, Mexico e Honduras.• Definição e redefinição de estratégias jurídicas de operações financeiras e contratuais• Planejamento e replanejamento de equipe interna• Definição de contratação de terceiros aplicáveis ao Jurídico • Participação e coordenação de projetos especiais, tais como, IPO, Due Diligence• Atendimento as demandas diversas nas áreas ambiental, contencioso geral, trabalhista, cível e minerárias• Negociação e renegociação de terceiros aplicável ao Jurídico• Atendimento à área operacional da América Latina• Exercícios da posição de DPO (Data Protection Officer) do Grupo Aura, liderando o Comitê de Trabalho interno e reportando a alta administração e da Companhia e Administração Pública.• Representante do Jurídico perante os Órgão Públicos e de classe.• Gerenciamento e acompanhamento do orçamento da área.• Negociação de contratos e participação ativa em projetos de EPC e EPC-M.

Head of the legal area/team in Brazil (headcount, budget, definition of processes and procedures, performance evaluations, negotiation with service suppliers/external firms, monitoring of the area's KPIs, implementation of standard documents and internal guidelines):● Representative and negotiator from the company at institutional level - interface with BNDES, Public Prosecutor's Office, Environmental Organs, Legal Committees, Associations and Shareholders;● Negotiation of national and international contracts for the whole Group (including regulated bodies) and in all fronts, in addition to credit collection alongside the financial department;● Leadership and management of corporate activities of 84 companies in Latin America, including Intellectual Property matters;● Guidance and legal services to Latin America subsidiaries by identifying legal and compliance strategies to help them meet their goals and challenges;● Management of processes of merger, acquisition and incorporation of companies;● Production of legal theses to be used in law suits and legal agreements/administrative processes and special projects in the civil, environmental, regulatory and labor areas;● Integration of new employees and training of internal teams;● Leadership in internal engagement committee aimed at motivating employees;● Head and validation of Due Diligence processes for acquisition of new Projects;● Compliance for IPO processes;● Validation of monitoring reports.

● Responsible for contracts (national and international) of all kinds, confidentiality agreements, partnerships terms and settlements with public agencies, negotiations, production and analysis for the supply area, as well as for other corporate and operational areas;● Implementation of legal strategies for credit collection alongside the financial department;● Negotiation, strategies, documentation of commercial transactions, contracts and other legal agreements, including distribution transactions, resellers and sales agencies;● Management of civil and labor law suits with the intermediation of external firms, review of key documents, chairing preparatory meetings for hearings (judicial / arbitration), negotiation of fees, creation of hiring policies and monitoring of KPI's;● Management of the civil, environmental and labor advisory area, providing support for corporate and operational areas;● Development and implementation of policies, training and programs related to anticorruption business practices.

● Responsible for contracts (national and international) and legal advice for internal areas, including negotiation, production and analysis, in addition to the analysis of bills and legislations, with posterior presentation of risks and opportunities;● Negotiations with the Environmental Public Prosecutor's Office to discuss obligations upon Civil and Administrative Procedures, and Terms of Adjustment of Conduct;● Development of appropriate approaches to solve disputes, legal suits and arbitration;● Management of budget and the litigation area, including the implementation of controls, management of outsourced firms, training of administrative staff, value negotiation with the Financial Planning Department and other internal areas, in addition to monitoring and controlling the monthly expenses;● Management of the Intellectual Property Department, with trainings for lawyers, and internal staff;● Analysis of the trademark portfolio, patents, domain names and contracts, and management of intellectual property agents.
