My professional career shows more than 25 years of track record working on operational and strategic HR issues. I am an all-rounder with extensive work experience in small, medium-sized and international enterprises. My core area during the past 25 years was to act as the interface or even a bridge between the HR department, specialist divisions, top management, the works council and - of course - the employees. I was always able to develop HR policies and tools in compliance with corporate goals effectively and I could successfully implement new ideas and processes. My strongest trait is in interpersonal relationships and mediation between parties. My inner conviction is to develop employees, to strengthen their capabilities and to integrate them at the workplace according to their strengths.I am a solution driven, well-structured and dedicated HR Business Partner who is able to adapt to a fast changing and developing environment. I am a quick learner and able to integrate new tasks into existing structures. My main skills are my communicative competencies, my loyalty and utmost trustworthiness.Jointly with the operational and strategic expertise, on top of my training as personal and business Coach as well as Change Manager, I have a broad base for consultancy as much as implementation of personnel related short-term projects as well as strategic long-term objectives. I have an assertive personality. I see myself as a co-thinker, who thinks outside the box to find the optimum solution and have great sensitivity and cultural empathy. It’s most important to me to provide an environment where relationships are enhanced and people work side by side, on an equal level with respect for each other.
