The Netter Center creates mutually beneficial partnerships between Penn and West Philadelphia.As an Operations Assistant, I was a jack-of-all-trades — I created and maintained a website, assisted with the Center’s social media outreach, and helped organize biannual conferences for the Board.This was my first opportunity to both design a feedback platform as well as consolidate data to make operational recommendations.
