As a Strategic HR leader I work with business leaders to build capability, people and performance. I have a track record in execution of major transformation programs where business models are changing. I am most known for designing and delivering globally admired leadership and wellness programs while working with senior teams in all areas of HR including organisational design and employee relations. As well as having a strong track record in building HR teams, I lead a number of communities of practice including sales effectiveness, diversity, equity and inclusion and the global talent team. I'm passionate about building human businesses and using design thinking to enhance the employee experience while leveraging technology for positive change. I like to be innovative with HR practices so seen as a positive disruptor and often seen as someone thinking ahead with an authentic leadership style who likes to deliver operationally with excellence.
