The Global Sepsis Alliance is a non-profit charity organisation with the mission to provide global leadership to reduce the worldwide burden of sepsis. In particular I am:- Driving the growth of the regional alliances, with main focus on the European, African and Middle-East ones.- Setting up strategies to engage with policy makers and achieve national sepsis plans. - Building structures, governance and ways of working.- Contributing to the overall mission of raising awareness about sepsis.- Coordinating media opportunities.

Implemented the Group PA strategy throughout markets and departments. Advised the Group and influenced the discussion on a number of policy areas including expansion, product requirements, data protection, taxes, e-commerce. Supported IKEA Group establishing in new markets. Led project on the Group's societal impact assessment.

Supported the EU PA agenda of CEOs of leading European retailers. Ad-interim Director during the 3 months of vacancy, on top of my daily tasks, that included amongst others:- Set-up and implementation of the ERRT agenda and strategy in collaboration with the Director and the members- Preparation of briefings and speeches for the President and the member CEOs- Representing the organisation at events and meetings with business and institutional stakeholders- Drafting press releases- Implementing and coordinating the ERRT sustainability and CSR agenda- Organisation of the ERRT annual board and public event- Representing ERRT in the Secretariat of REAP (Retailers' Environmental Action Plan). This includes drafting issue papers, organisation of the relevant meetings and discussions and representing the retailers' views in public fora and in the internal discussions with the European Commission- Monitoring- Daily management of the organisation

Advised clients from various sectors (food, retail, machinery, energy) on policy developments in different areas (i.e. consumer information and protection, sustainability, energy) and provided strategic support for lobbying campaigns.Set up public affairs strategies including outreach programmes and events. Account management.

Monitored policy developments in the areas of social affairs, food, RFID, CSR, animal welfare, CAP, pesticides.Prepared position papers.Represented the Group at EuroCommerce’s Social affairs committee and at external events.

Translated the Chamber’s web site into French and Italian.Invited and assisted foreign firms at the international fair “Expo Gateway to Iraq”.Edited contents for the Chamber’s web sites.
