I follow all processes and IT support for store openings and audit . On December 1, 2014 we've 422stores in Italy . In our Datacenter we have 10 physical servers , AS400 , IBM Blade Center ,about 100 Virtual Host based on VMWARE infrastructures with 6-nodes active and an EMC SAN for all datastores, RAS , VPN concentrator CISCO 3020/ASA5510/5520, Domotic automation systems and centralized gates access, alarms including ultimate FOG System and Surveillance Cam , Asterisk VoIP PBX Systems, automated systems for logistics distribution center (Convoyeur). We also handle the following assets : 120laptops 1500 Desktop 1000 Retail Point of Sales , iDevices 100 and 500 smartphones .I follow and propose new projects that bring innovation and heat added, FoIP , systems consolidation and integration platforms , virtualization, digital signages , SW internal developments such as mobile applications for iOS / Android used by our sales force other developments for the required applications (using IBM WORKLIGHT Suites and PHONEGAP).I also direct the migration to Italy of the new ERP system NAVISION (from AS400 to NAV ) .All IT Security solutions are supported by SOPHOS, SYMANTEC, FIRE EYE and ARCSIGHT, BITLOCKER is also used to encryot client 's hard disk.I follow all contract negotiation phases with out technologies Vendor.I maintain close relationships with the parent company in the U.S.: negotiating contracts , response times and procedures , drafting of international framework agreements.Software side i follow the internal sw/apps development using the following technologies:HTML5, PHP, JQUERY,JAVA,C++,JSON,NAVICAT,PL-SQL (ORACLE), T-SQL (MS-SQL), SQL (MYSQL)
