As a Broadcast Officer at Parliament of Victoria, my role includes Directing and operating cameras for the live-to-air broadcasting of Sitting Days, Committees, and Facebook Live Events and Seminars. In addition to working in the control rooms, I also script, produce, and edit video content used on Parliament’s Social Media platforms. I also work with other Parliamentary Departments developing videos and digital content for training and development.

I represented the company and attended key broadcast media markets, Natpe in the USA, and Mipcom in France. I brokered large distribution deals into North America and I developed key relationships with large cable channels in the USA.

I commenced working at TVNZ in New Zealand as a Multi-camera Studio Director, on TVONE'S live two-hour morning show "Good Morning"​. I moved into the Producer/Director role shortly after. After five years, I was promoted to the Head of TVNZ's Internal Production Unit. I managed a large team of people and Executive Produced over 30 different programs. The content I produced was varied and genres included documentary through to entertainment, event, magazine, and lifestyle. I worked on a range of programs including Taste New Zealand, Maggie's Garden Show, Test the Nation, The Colour of War - The ANZACS, Explorers, HomeFront, Mucking In, and more.

I commenced my career with Horizon Television, a regional subsidiary of TVNZ based in Hamilton, working as a Director's Assistant on the local live nightly news. I also developed skills in research, writing and producing whilst working on a local morning show.
