About Simone Moales
I was only in the fourth grade when my dad encouraged me to advocate for two proposed charter schools in our hometown, Bridgeport, one of Connecticut's historically lowest-producing school districts. This experience birthed my passion for advocacy, charting my emergence as a lover of politics, policy, and law. Now, a senior political science major at Spelman College, I have grown to ignite change on a global scale. I'm just a girl on the M.O.V.E. taking each opportunity - from Capitol Hill to the White House - as part of my "Choice to Change the World''.
