Newly created position focused on developing a new strategic plan within the Faculty of Health Sciences to increase fundraising performance and alumni engagement with a specific focus on the medical school’s 50th anniversary. I am proud of the innovative programming that was implemented during my tenure and the incredible growth the team accomplished with regard to the medical alumni fundraising program.

Senior-level relationship management contact providing consultative support for 18 top-tier US education clients. Position focused on the retention of current partnerships and the identification of new opportunities for the organization to better support our clients. I truly enjoyed the unique opportunity for innovation while working with some of the organization’s largest clients.

Similar responsibility of the Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships. I had the great pleasure of working with a varied portfolio of partnerships throughout the US and Canada with some healthcare and non-profit organizations supporting their multi-channel program needs.

Accountable for the management and daily operations for fundraising teams across 21 partnerships. I had the opportunity to manage and develop four incredible direct full-time remote team members focused on achieving our clients’ goals.

I supported a project team of 12 full-time staff responsible for eight on-site partnerships. The key to client success in this role was supporting the seamless operations of the team while also helping to develop the eight on-site Program Centre Managers who were early in their career. It has been a great highlight to see what some of these individuals have accomplished in their careers.

In this role, I had the opportunity to be the on-site contact for the partnerships at Western University and Tufts University. I recruited, hired, and training the large calling teams that were the foundation of our work on-campus helping clients engage with their alumni and increase their fundraising performance.
