Responsible for sales of the FL FiOS Engagement Manager team. Responsible for ongoing training, developing and coaching of Engagement Managers on products, services, promotions, sales skills and negotiation skills. Served as a liaison between Verizon and the vendor to insure that a successful go to market strategy was executed amongst MDU properties within the FL market for purpose of increasing NATB penetration.

Partner with Regional Vice President, General Managers and Sales Managers to increase overall productivity of the sales force through learning programs delivered via Webex and facilitator led trainings. Provide in market support to Sales Management team by attending sales calls, interviewing prospective representatives and identifying skill gaps within the existing personnel. Coach General Managers and Sales Managers to increase representative participation and shorten the length of the traditional “ramp” time.

Primary point of contact for contracted and assigned Single Family and Multi-Family portfolios. Communicate with owners, property managers and leasing agents the importance of a reciprocal marketing relationship. Facilitated trainings with owners, property managers and leasing agents about Verizon products and services available. Project managed the largest Single Family Home Owner Association Bulk Data account in Florida (Connerton). Received “Shining Star" (Q3 ’07) an award for going above and beyond for the benefit of both the company and the customer.

Trained, motivated and developed Sales and Account Development Representatives in both Mid Atlantic and North East Regions. Delivered curriculum modules face to face and via video conferencing to educate the sales force on a regular basis. Facilitated quarterly evaluations of Sales and Account Development Representatives’ product knowledge, sales presentation skills and order process procedures.
