With nearly two decades experience in the skills, education and apprenticeship sector, I now lead a team of passionate Engagement Managers at the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). We work closely with our employers and training providers to build long-term, value-based partnerships.My focus is supporting and developing the team so we can consistently adapt our approach to best meet partners’ evolving needs.Outside of work I like to travel, go to the gym and spend time with friends and family (mostly sharing some good wine and food).
