With a Doctorate in Civil Engineering from Università del Salento, I have delved deep into the realm of Building Physics, emphasizing the energy performance of historic buildings. My doctoral journey equipped me with a robust command over the Python programming language, fostering the development of efficient solutions tailored for the challenges in this domain. Furthermore, I have applied sensitivity analysis techniques, specifically the Morris Method, to my research, enhancing the precision and relevance of my findings.Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Eurac Research, I possess deep knowledge of hygrothermal phenomena in buildings. This expertise is complemented by my experience in advanced monitoring techniques, particularly in measuring moisture presence within architectural structures. Beyond these specialized skills, I have a foundational understanding of Machine Learning, which I believe holds significant promise for the future of building performance analysis. My commitment to excellence has led to the design and implementation of energy retrofit solutions that balance sustainability with the preservation of historic integrity. I'm a firm advocate for the harmonious blend of technology, research, and conservation in sculpting the future of sustainable historic architecture.
