Our customers base spans the globe, and my duties have taken me to the USA, Japan, Canada, Israel, Spain, Turkey, Morocco, Romania, Portugal, Poland, and beyond to conduct training sessions. In addition, I have imparted knowledge to our technicians in Brazil, India, China, ect.,on how to utilize our software effectively.Over the years, in addition to teaching, I have gained a wealth of diverse work experiences. Leveraging my proficiency in computer programs, I enhanced the data sheets for existing models while planning for the new ones. During the creation of new samples for trade shows, I contributed to the design and development of innovative models. Since I was responsible for translating our models created via our CAD software (Teseo) for the new cutter machine (Comelz), my responsibilities often extended to working directly with the cutter and coordinating with other teams across various stages of production.I worked within a larger factory setting, reminiscent of my first job, but this time armed with an expanded skill set. I managed a gas station/car wash/repair shop, with my sister and my parents for about four years. It was a very intense experience, trying to increase the quantity of sales without sacrificing quality. Being an owner makes you understand how important it is to organize the work that needs to be done so it can be completed properly and on time.

My first real experience in the shoe industry. I was involved many of the facets of production from roughing the shoe down to attaching the heels and soles.
