Project Manager of O&M flagship project at global level within the Wind Technology Line. The goal of the project is 10% of O&M cash cost reduction and improvement of Energy Availability. The main effort in this projects is the coordination of the big amount of sub-projects (more than 100 so far) and for the leadership of new improving initiatives gathering process. A direct and strong link with local O&M teams as well as with other Company’s functions are the key success factors to unleash an integrated top-down and bottom-up process.Main activities:- To define a gap analysis and to run deep diagnostic phase- To coordinate the initiatives gathering process and to figure out a proper initiatives tracking model- To report to the top management through dedicated Steering Committee- To track and to account cost benefits coming from the project in order to embed them in the Business Industrial PlanIn addition to the PM activities I look after the budgeting process of Wind Technology among the Countries.

Improvement of wind farms performances: Costs and Technical KPI. Definition of Maintenance strategy in all the fleet (6,4 GW in 12 Countries), leveraging technical knowledge and innovative technologies.Main tasks:- to monitor O&M Cash Cost in all the Counties on order to identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of maintenance strategy within each Country- Project Management of improvement projects at global level, coordinating local team and other functions involved- to write Technical Specification for the Wind Farms Maintenance activities to be used in international tenders for Frame Agreement and contracts in general- to define the Business Industrial Plan and the O&M budget for all the wind farms worldwide- to define the Maintenance strategy and the O&M cost trend valuation for the evaluation of new wind farms construction- to define new processes and design new ones improving technical end economical performances; in particular I’m leading a new project to radically change the Maintenance approach in all EGP Wind Farms to improve Availability and keep much control among the costs
